RETURN POLICY

Want to Return your items?  We do not provide refunds. We will accept exchanges or offer a website credit within 7 days of the original purchase date as long as you include a valid receipt and all tags attached. In the event that your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!], please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process an exchange. 

1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, and accessories.

3. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by NC STYLE.

4. We will NOT reimburse you for the original shipping charges as they are non-refundable.

5. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is“In transit”

6. Sale items are final sale — returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Used a coupon code? We do not accepting returns using coupon codes.

How long does it take to process my exchange? Your exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days of us receiving your parcel. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. 

Do I have to pay for return postage? Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return labels at this time. You can use a carrier of your choice to ship your items back to us. We suggest that you obtain a tracking number for your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost en route to us.

If you want to exchange the items, please do not hesitate to Contact Us Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 48 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
